The South Stormont Select Peewee C team won their host tournament on December 7th.

After 2 strong wins in the round robin, it was off to the finals against a strong NGS team – who the Selects have yet to beat in UCMHL regular season play.  The final game was an exciting one, not even 5 minutes of 4-on-4 overtime could break the tie, and the Championship game went to a shootout to decide the winner.  The Selects came out on top, scoring the only goal in the 3 player shootout, and winning the ‘A’ Championship game 3-2.
