New this year:

All registrant’s must provide proof of residency by submitting a copy of a current utility or property tax bill (with amounts blacked out) or a copy of your driver’s license.

Ways to register:

• May 25th at the Long Sault arena from 9am to 1pm
• Mailing your completed registration to:  SSMHA, P.O. Box 308, Long Sault, ON, K0C 1P0
• Dropping off your completed registration in the red Lockbox at the Long Sault arena

A confirmation email will be sent to all who mail in or drop off their registration packages.
