Every year, the South Stormont Minor Hockey Association holds an Annual General Meeting.  The purpose of the meeting is to ammend, repeal, and/or revise any Constitutional items that SSMHA is bound by.  Also, every year there are Executive member positions up for nomination.

All members of South Stormont Minor Hockey are invited to attend the AGM, and may present amendment proposals and nominations for Executive positions.

This years AGM will be held at City Limits, on May 26th at 10am.
